Make this the year you resolve to do something about it and start the new year in style: as an expert on all things bubbly, from service temps to stemware to the good stuff itself. Just in time for the holidays!

Way cooler than normal school, HIP TASTES' Saturday School classes offer a more focused environment to hone your tasting skills. At Bubble Primer you'll learn the key differences between five very different kinds of bubbly. Information about grape varieties, growing regions, flavor profile and food pairings will accompany.
