Society of Women Engineers Purchase/refund policy: Refunds must be requested in writing to regionBconference@swe.org before midnight, January 16, 2010. All refunds will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis by the Region Conference Chair and refund approval is not guaranteed. Refund requests shall include the following: 1) A copy of the payment receipt; 2) A short, dated letter (with signature) as to why a refund is requested; and 3) Mailing address for refund. If approval is granted, a refund check will be issued within 30 days, less any fees charged by Acteva (for online registrations).

Acteva, Inc. issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring
