This Month's Topic: Optimizing Your Team with Rossella Derickson and Krista Henley, Corporate Wisdom and SBODN

A critical aspect of leadership at any level is the ability to work with others in teams. Whether you are working with staff members to create a product, with the executive team and board members to define and implement a strategic direction, with customers to define market needs, with channel and other partners to market and distribute your products and services, a leader needs to strategically define objectives, communicate them in a way which would inspire others to follow the program, and continue to deliver strategic, measurable results, enlisting the support and buy-in of all stakeholders.

For our June When She Speaks session, we have invited effective team leaders to share their successes and challenges, and give us advice on how we can more effectively and efficiently participate and support our teams, leading and following from any chair. Our discussion will be led by:
