Technology Ventures Corporation (TVC) and the New Mexico Biotechnology & Biomedical Association (NMBBA) are hosting a special luncheon event on October 23, featuring Dr. Millie Hughes-Fulford, Payload Specialist Astronaut. Dr. Hughes-Fulford has been the PI on a series of studies on biological effects of space travel on astronauts at NASA, and continues her work as an adjunct professor at UC Medical Center, San Francisco. Dr. Hughes-Fulford will give us a ride into space and talk about her experiments in cell biology. Click here to read her bio.
