ADRNC is excited and proud to bring to Northern California renowned mediator and ADR scholar Len Riskin, the Chesterfield Smith Professor of Law at the University of Florida, Levin College of Law. Always pushing the boundaries of law and dispute resolution, his seminal articles detailing the conceptual underpinnings of ADR are among the most frequently cited in the field, and have shaped the practice of mediation here and around the world. Professor Riskin's recent scholarship focuses on the potential role of mindfulness practices in mediation, negotiation, and the law generally.
