Center for the Study of Film and History Purchase/refund policy: Film & History refund policy. Please allow one month to receive ordered items. Questions? Please send via e-mail to FilmandHistory@uwosh.edu, or call 920-424-0976, leaving a message and e-mail address for response. No refunds will be issued on Proceedings payments, gear, subscriptions, back-order issues, or CD-ROMs. If an item is received damaged, please return it for a replacement of same.
If you need to cancel your registration to our conference your payment will be returned minus 15% of your total payment. After August 1, 2008, refund of registration fees paid for our conference will be reduced by 50% of your total payment. After September 29, 2008, we can no longer refund registration fees.
