INSTRUCTIONS FOR REGISTRATION
Registration fees help to cover the cost of breakfast, guest panelists, and handouts for this event.

Cost for Registration:
$25 Pre-registration for UCSF students, postdocs & research trainees
$50 Pre-registration for all other registrants
$50 for late or on-site registration (NOTE: If the event is full, on-site registration may not be available.)

Deadline for pre-registration: Friday, February 29, 5:00 pm.

If you wish to pay by check, see special instructions below. If your check is not received by our office (room S-140 Medical Sciences or Box 0404) by Friday, Feb. 29, then your registration will be canceled.
