The East Bay Haas Alumni Network invites you to a special connections event featuring guest speaker, Professor Frank Schultz, and a tour of the Judah L. Magnes Museum in Berkeley. Founded in 1962, the museum is the third largest Jewish museum in North America, exploring the depth, vitality and complexity of Jewish life and culture. Professor Schultz will be speaking on Deliberate Practice and how to achieve outstanding performance for individuals and organizations, with a focus on individual performance. - Deliberate Practice is an emerging concept that strives to illuminate the secret ingredients of outstanding performance--across all areas of life.
- Dr. Schultz will present the most current research findings that explore the origins of exceptional levels of individual performance in sports, the arts, etc., and discuss the direct relation of these findings to the business world.
- He will introduce specific steps managers and executives can take to achieve the highest performance levels for themselves.
