Required questions must be answered in order to complete your order.    Date of ACTIVE service in the armed forces        Please tell which 2d Cavalry unit you were assigned to and what dates you served there.        If you are applying for a Family Life Membership please tell us your relationship with the service member (father, husband or son)        If you are applying for a Family Membership please tell us the service members name, unit and dates of service.
