UW Resource Center for Health Policy Purchase/refund policy: Substitution Policy: Substitutions are permitted without charge, but are preferred by November 7 in order to process a new name tag. Please email aed2@u.washington.edu regarding substitutions.
Cancellation/Refund Policy: Your registration constitutes a promise to pay, regardless of attendance. Written requests for cancellation will be honored, minus a $30.00 processing fee. Requests must be received by November 7 via mail or fax. Refunds will not be given for requests received after November 7 or for no shows.
