2009 Medical Innovation Summit Purchase/refund policy: A $225 cancellation fee applies to all cancelled Summit registrations. Please contact the Event Organizer for cancellation refund processing. Cancellations must be received by September 28th, 2009. The Event Organizer reserves the right to issue refunds for unavoidable circumstances solely at its discretion. No refunds will be processed after October 15, 2009.
