Review current trends, challenges, and solutions to address the growing challenges of email management. Email is one of the fastest growing electronic media used in business today and it is also the most sought after during compliance and e-discovery actions. Based on a Case Study performed by and presented by EMC, this presentation will discuss some of the corporate challenges and then describe how at least one company met these business, geographical, and technical issues using the EMC product suite coupled to Microsoft Exchange.

BIO:
Kevin O’Connor has been implementing enteprise software applications since 1995. He is an information technology professional whose 15+ years of experience and multi-disciplinary skills include strategic analysis of emerging technologies and markets, (especially content management and enterprise business process), mobile and web application technology, and middleware application platforms. During his 6+ years at EMC, Mr. O’Connor has led product strategy and development for Documentum platform technologies, EMC’s enterprise collaboration products and more recently the enterprise archiving software and eDiscovery technologies.
