AIA San Francisco Purchase/refund policy:
• Home Tours tickets are transferable, but not refundable.
• Refund requests for other AIA SF events must be done in writing at least two business day prior to the event via email info@aiasf.org.
• Refund requests must be made by the attendee or credit card holder.
• Refund requests must include the name of the attendee and transaction number.
• Refunds are subject to a 5% or $3.00 service fee, whichever is greater. There are no exceptions.
• Refunds will be credited back to the original credit card used for payment.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy:
Refunds and cancellations are provided only
at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event.
Acteva, Inc. issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring
organization. Contact the sponsoring organization for further details.
