The Institute for Catholic Liberal Education Purchase/refund policy: A cancellation processing fee of $100 is retained, and the remaining payment amount remitted, if cancellation notice is received prior to June 15. No refund is possible on or after June 15, 2009. However, please call Andrew Seeley at The Institute for Catholic Liberal Education (805-525-0547) to arrange the transfer of a registration to a different person.
