Only one presenter per paper and presentation is qualified to enter as a presenter for the discounted rate. Please have your presenter code ready. Teradyne employees do not qualify for discounted rates. To qualify for early registration discounts, registration and payment must be received by April 2, 2010 by 11 p.m. PST.
Registration fees include conference materials, facilities, breakfast, lunch and snack/beverage breaks per day. No refunds, transfers or credits will be granted for cancellations or no-shows.
