for the 2009 M/MLA Annual Convention is Closed.
On-site Registration is now necessary.
Held every November, the MMLA's annual convention builds a sense of community among many specialized fields with over 200 sessions. The informal convention theme for 2009, “Migration,” will inform some of this year’s sessions; others will focus on widely ranging topics that represent the varied interests of the association's fields. The convention will also feature professionalizing workshops and a book exhibit that foregrounds the recent publications of its members.
All presenters and anyone actively taking part in the convention should BOTH register and become a member. Anyone simply attending the convention must register but need not become a member.
