She was one of Forrester's most quoted analysts and is an accomplished and frequently requested keynote speaker. Charlene analyzes how companies can use technologies - like blogs, social networks, RSS, tagging, and widgets - to meet business objectives.
Charlene is the principal of Altimeter Group. She started her own analyst blog in 2004, and is regularly cited as America's most influential analyst blogger. She is a graduate of Harvard Business School and received a magna cum laude degree from Harvard College.
