Webinar Refunds
For webinars, partial refund of $475 will be given to attendee, for any reason, if s/he contacts Duarte Design via email within 48 hours of completion of first webinar. After that, no refund will be provided to attendees, due to content or unavailability by attendee.

Workshop Refunds
Cancellation requests will be entitled to refunds as follows:

Requests received 21 days prior to the date of the event will be entitled to a full refund less a cancellation fee of $45.00. Requests received 14 days prior to the date of the event will be subject to a cancellation fee 1/2 the ticket price. Requests received in the 7 days prior to the event will not be entitled to a refund.

Transfer of workshop date
Requests to transfer your registration to a different workshop date will be treated as cancellations, and the above rules will apply.

Substitutions
If you are not able to attend, you may send a colleague in your place. Please provide notification of this change.

All registration fees are non-transferable.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to us at training@duarte.com
