Terry Amsler, former SPIDR chapter president and program director at the Institute for Local Government, has created a program which explores and frames intergovernmental conflict. Opportunities are growing for ADR professionals to assist Governmental agencies with resolving disputes that cross local borders. Come hear Betsy Strauss, mediator, trainer, and former city attorney and Dick Whitmore, governmental entity superlawyer and mediator explain the nuts and bolts of local government operation and demonstrate how ADR professionals can apply their expertise in helping to resolve differences between local governmental agencies.
