Santa Monica College Small Business Development Center Purchase/refund policy: The Santa Monica College SBDC has a no refund policy. However, if you cancel no later than three (3) calendar days before the scheduled event, you will receive a credit to attend a future workshop of equivalent value. All notifications for cancellation or inquiries on a credit should be directed to Mario Frank at franco_mario@smc.edu - please do not call the office.
If the Santa Monica College SBDC cancels a workshop, you have the option of receiving a credit for a future workshop or requesting a refund.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event.
