This training will cover the basics of how foods need to be labeled to comply with the complex set of labeling rules, point out differences that exist between FDA and USDA requirements and provide answers the your most challenging questions.
Food Labeling Update - December 10, 2009
At the Update you will discuss newly developing issues that are not in the regulations that may soon be required. You will learn of "hot issues" that have triggered recent FDA warning letters and have an opportunity to network with other experienced label reviewers. You wil be given ample opportunity to have your specific issues addressed and discussed in a casual, interactive learning environment.
