Thomas E. Duley is of counsel in Morgan Lewis’s Business and Finance Practice. He has more than 10 years of experience in life sciences transactions and intellectual property litigation matters. He has managed a variety of intellectual property transactions for life sciences companies and is also a licensed architect, with experience in designing laboratories. He received his JD from UC Davis Law and a Master of Architecture from UCLA.

Sarita K. Jain, Principal, Venture Investments, joined Johnson & Johnson Development Corporation (JJDC) in 2008. Prior, she served as Associate Director, Corporate and Business Development at PDL BioPharma. While at PDL, she was responsible for identifying, evaluating, and executing new strategic partnerships and licensing for products, technologies, and intellectual property. She holds a Ph.D. in biochem from the University of Wisconsin, Madison and was a postdoc at UCSF. She holds an MBA from UC Berkeley.
