Softletter Purchase/refund policy: Refund Policy
If you’re unable to attend, you are welcome to send a substitute. Or, if you cancel in writing, phone, or via E-mail at least 10 days prior to the event, you can obtain a full refund, less $25 processing fees. Within 10 days, you may apply your payment towards a 2008 or 2009 event or receive the event presentation materials. Please contact us at 860-663-0552 or at rickchapman@softletter.com to cancel your attendance and arrange for a refund.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event. Acteva issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring organization. Contact refunds@acteva.com or the sponsoring organization for further details.
