Western Social Science Association Purchase/refund policy: Requests for refunds of conference registration must be made in writing no later than March 31 of the year of the conference. The amount of the refund will be the amount originally paid, minus the amount that the credit card companies will charge us to make the refund, usually about 10% of the original amount. Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event.
