Abstract
As a Lean Six Sigma practitioner, you may wonder, how can we use these tools to solve the problems facing the world? This session will show how Lean Six Sigma has helped area nonprofits develop faster intake processes, increase their productivity, reduce their costs, and increase their quality. The presentation will show how the DMAIC tools have translated to the nonprofit arena. A panel of nonprofit Yellow Belts will give examples of actual improvements achieved through Lean Six Sigma.
