Join us for an evening with Brown Alumna entrepreneur Mary Raftery, '87 of Empowering Creative Leaders
Topic: Vision-based change management - Maintaining strong alignment with your vision and mission as you scale or restructure your company or project
Bring your own vision and mission statements, or your ideas for what they might be. Mary will share strategies and pitfalls of managing change using your corporate vision and mission as guideposts. The evening will include some workshopping of participants' vision and mission statements, giving everyone an opportunity to create, test and/or refresh these core business elements in your current environment
We are also taking submissions for one elevator pitch. If you are interested in presenting your pitch, let us know during your registration and be prepared. We shall randomly select one name at the event.
