The Georgia Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel, UnitedLex Corporation and Seyfarth Shaw LLP will host the First Annual Association of Corporate Counsel, Georgia Chapter, "Hot Seat Law School Tournament" on Wednesday, November 12, 2009, at Maggiano's Little Italy at Cumberland Mall. Third-year law students from Georgia-based law schools will advise a mock board of directors on a variety of critical legal issues presented to them during several tournament rounds. The contestants will apply law to the facts revealed and provide competent and concise counsel to the mock board of directors about issues they have identified.
