JFK University - Integral Theory Purchase/refund policy: John F. Kennedy University Purchase/Refund Policy: If participants cancel their registration prior to April 15th, they will receive all their monies minus $30 dollars and their Acteva processing fee. If participants cancel between April 15th and prior to July 1st, students will receive all of their monies minus $60 and their processing fee and professionals will receive all of their monies minus $130 and their processing fee. Cancellations after July 1st will be charged one-half of their payment plus their processing fee. Please note: We have changed our cancellation policy, removing a "no refund" option for those who cancel late. We have done so because our experience last year was that many people cancelled late due to personal and family issues and this penalty seemed extreme. We ask, however, that participants be quite mindful about cancellation--it does inconvenience/upset the conference preparation process.
