Workplace bullying is bad for business, because it leads to absenteeism and turnover. 37% of American workers have been bullied at work, and 49% of workers have witnessed some form of bullying. Of course, nurses are familiar with the saying: ‘We eat our young.’  We can stop this, but we must learn how. In this workshop, attendees will learn to apply the core competencies for resolving, managing, and preventing workplace conflict — before it escalates to a level that often leads to resignation, retaliation,  or other extreme action.
