The General Services Administration, Protiviti, Exostar, and CertiPath would like to invite you to participate in an Open House demonstration of a federated, PKI-based physical access control system (Federated PACS) at the Exostar corporate offices in Herndon, Virginia.
The Federated PACS demonstration system, which has been sponsored by the US General Services Administration, exercises the capabilities of PIV and PIV-interoperable card technology, including use of contact and contactless card readers, and multi-factor authentication consistent with the recent NIST Special Publication 800-116. The system was developed in an industry-government partnership to demonstrate the value of PIV-enabled physical access solutions.
