The SMPS RTP Chapter is honored to have three distinguished Clients in a panel forum discuss this question and more. Scott Blevins with the NC Department of Transportation, Michael Harwood with NC State University and Phillip Stout with Wake County will be our panelists, led by moderator Theresa Leahey with Affiliated Engineers.
