Join Amy Fothergil, the Family Chef, for a cooking class featuring Gluten-free baked goods!

The recipes will include:

  • Seasonal veggies with pesto on GF baguette
  • Grilled polenta wedges with roasted red pepper sauce
  • Sautéed chicken with prosciutto and sage in a wine sauce over GF pasta
  • Cinnamon almond biscotti
  • Blueberry lemon cake
