On behalf of the Exhibits Committee, it is our pleasure to
invite you to the Annual Meeting of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter of the Medical Library Association. The meeting will be held in Richmond, Virginia from October 10 - 12, 2011 at the Omni Richmond Hotel.
Medical librarians from North Carolina, Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, West Virginia, and Western Pennsylvania will gather to celebrate our collective accomplishments and look ahead to another year.
Our meeting is scheduled for Monday, October 10 - Wednesday, October 12 with time designated for exhibits all day on Tuesday, October 11. The exhibit fee of $750.00 includes the booth space, a 6’ skirted table, 2 chairs, a waste basket, electricity, and Wi-Fi, as well as a full meeting registration for one representative. Additional representatives will be charged $150.00 per person.
Sponsorships of special events are welcomed and appreciated. Several levels of sponsorship are available. We are also offering opportunities to advertise in our printed program. All advertisements will be black & white and may be a whole (8.5 x 11”), half (8.5 x 5.5”), or quarter page (4.25 x 5.5”). High resolution image files are requested to allow sharp printing. Acceptable file formats include jpg, eps, pdf, psd, png, and ai. Advertisements must be finalized by August 1, 2011 to be included in the printed program.
