What is a Change Maker?
A Change Maker identifies an issue in their work environment that impedes providing excellent patient care and/or staff morale and that can be addressed and “fixed” within 30 or 60 days. 
They participate in the Change Maker Program to receive direction and
coaching in how to effectively and collaboratively create the change needed to make the improvement.

What RN2 Provides: The Change Maker Program provides you with the tools and resources needed to make your identified improvement, including online curriculum, coaching calls and peer mentors.We also provide training and support to effectively implement the improvement in your organization.

How Do I Learn More? Attend our next RN2 workshop on November 21, 2011 where you will have a chance to become an RN2 Change Maker.
