AIA Eastern New York Chapter Purchase/refund policy: For those who register with Acteva, all cancellations will assess a $2 Fee by Acteva. Paid registration is preferred by Registration Deadline. Walk-ins will be accepted if seating permits. Cancellations received after the registration end date are non-refundable.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event. Acteva issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring organization. Contact refunds@acteva.com or the sponsoring organization for further details.
