California Association of Business Brokers Purchase/refund policy: Cancellation Policy: Should you need to cancel a registration for a CABB event, you must do so in writing, either email, fax or mail, no later than three days prior to the event to receive a full refund. Cancellations received after this time will not receive a refund, as CABB will have already incurred expenses related to your registration. CABB reserves the right to cancel, change location, or otherwise alter a scheduled course up to five days prior to the event. CABB will attempt to notify all those registered in the event of a cancellation. CABB will not be held liable for any expenses incurred by the registrant due to the canceled course.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event. Acteva issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring organization. Contact refunds@acteva.com or the sponsoring organization for further details.
