Hands-On With winter upon us, what could be better than to fill the house with the intoxicating smells of homemade bread baking in the oven? Said by some to be a lost art, bread baking warms the heart and satisfies the soul. Work hands-on to learn the various techniques of artisan baking including proofing, rolling, and shaping. As students grasp the fundamentals of bread baking, they will taste their breads with traditional accompaniments. Lunch will be served.
