Celebrate Oktoberfest at Salud! In addition to tasting German beers (as well as beers that are produced in the German-style) we’ll sample cheeses that go well with them as we sort out hops and malt, fermentation, and the traditional German beer-making styles like Pilsner, Weisse, Hefe Weizen, Bock, and more. $19

Note that refunds cannot be given for no-shows or cancellations made less than 48 hours prior to class time. Although we make every effort to avoid changes to our class schedule, Salud! reserves the right to cancel any class due to low registration or substitute instructors in case of emergency.
