Rustic Italian food is flavorful, unrefined, and satisfying and may be presented casually to put both you and your guests at ease. Master the steps to this warm and inviting dinner and you have the ingredients for a perfect dinner party to share with your friends. MENU: Bagna Caôda (Warm Piedmontese Dip with Vegetables); Eggplant Fritters with Tomato Sauce; Risotto with Porcini Mushrooms; Beef Stew with Sage, White Wine, & Cream; and Pisciotta (Olive Oil Cake). $45
