The program will begin with a nationwide webcast speech from Beijing by Ambassador Gary Locke on important issues in U.S.-China relations.  Following his talk, Ambassador Locke will respond to questions e-mailed in from audience members in Baltimore and throughout the country.  After the national program with Ambassador Locke, Counsellor Zha Liyou from the Embassy of the People's Republic of China in Washington, DC,  will comment, in person, on the webcast speech and will also address the important role of sister cities and friendship organizations in U.S.-China bilateral relations.

"China Town Hall" is a program of the National Committee on U.S. - China Relations.
