Join us at Park Lane for an educational holiday wine dinner, as our food & wine experts equip you with the knowledge to host a perfect Thanksgiving.
First, watch as our meat department manager teaches the technique of brining a turkey. Next, he will share injection marinade recipes, and show you where to lock in the extra flavor. Finally, he will teach you the art of tying the perfect prime rib roast, and how to cook it to perfection.
Second, our head chef will perform a cooking class on how to prepare his favorite Thankgiving side dish: Pecan cornbread stuffing.
Lastly, each dish will be paired with fantastic wines from our holiday Top Ten Wine collection.

Sliced whole turkey, prime rib roast, pecan cornbread stuffing, sugar maple green beans, sweet potato crunch, pumpkin and pecan pie!
