What is the difference between a raptor and a robin? Hands-on investigations will bring us face-to-face with real bird study skins, skulls, bones, feathers, nests and owl pellets! After learning field identification basics, we'll hit the trail in search of our feathered friends. Bring your favorite young person and join us for an interactive and fun day of observing, investigating, learning and playing games that teach us how about the fascinating life of birds. Appropriate for ages 4 to 9.

Point Reyes National Seashore Association Purchase/refund policy: Membership Refund Policy: Notification must be received within one week from transaction date (minus a $10 processing fee for each membership). Field Seminar Refund Policy: Notification must be received at least 14 days before the first day of the class if you cancel and wish to receive a refund (minus a $10 processing fee for each person registered) or a full credit toward another seminar (good for one year). No refunds, transfers or credits will be issued on cancellations made less than 14 days in advance. We regret that NO EXCEPTIONS to this cancellation policy can be made, even for medical reasons. In the rare event that Point Reyes Field Seminars cancels a program, we will issue a full refund or credit.
