Why Should You Attend
Some project specifications al-ready do, and many more in the future will, require the finisher to be ACI certified. Designers, inspectors and supervisors can improve their level of knowledge and demonstrate that ability by having a valid certification card.

Obtaining certification helps assure Specifiers and Owners that they will get the flatwork end product
that they desire.

Certification valid for 5 years.

Includes: workbook, classroom training, materials, lunch and written test.

Requirements:

Concrete Flatwork Finisher:
1. Attend the class
2.  Pass a written test ( may be taken orally if requested one week in advance)
3. Document three years of concrete finishing
experience.

Concrete Flatwork Technician:
1. Attend Class
2.  Pass a written test (may be taken orally if requested one week in advance).
3. May upgrade to Finisher status upon gain-ing sufficient work experience.
