This program focuses on training individuals to comply with the regulations surrounding the MOLST form and the process for communicating patients’ end-of-life care preferences to health care providers. This form includes medical orders regarding resuscitation (CPR) status as well as other life sustaining treatments. Upon completion of this course, participants will have knowledge of the new health care decision-making process requirements, use of the Maryland MOLST form, and the tools to train others.
