Celebrate St. Patrick's Day with us at Park Lane and join us for our 2nd Annual Irish Beer Dinner. Chef Michelle & Chef John have designed a four course Irish inspired menu, along with American brewed, Irish-style beer pairings. Menu to feature:
1st appetizer: Corned Beef Hash Stuffed Potato Skins.
Paired with Boulevard Irish Ale - This recipe combines six kinds of pale and roasted barley malts to provide a rich, toasty flavor of tawny reddish hue.
2nd course: Crab Cakes w/ Horseradish Remoulade.
Paired with Harpoon Celtic Ale - Features a deep ruby color, medium body and a balanced malt bill created by Irish Ale malt and a touch of roasted barley.
3rd course: Beef & Stout Pie.
Paired with Brooklyn Dry Irish Stout – A blend of grains gives this beer an espresso like bite, followed by coffee and chocolate flavors.
Dessert: Irish Soda Bread Pudding w/ Whiskey Sauce Space limited to the first 55 tickets. One ticket per person. Ages 21 and up.
Paired with Left Hand Brewing Co Nitrous Milk Stout – Roasty, mocha flavors rise up, with slight hop & roast bitterness in the finish.
