The Scenarios USA REAL DEAL Awards & Gala will bring together friends and supporters from coast to coast in a special evening highlighting the work of Scenarios USA, our youth writers and Hollywood filmmakers.
Griffin Dunne and Debra L. Lee will be presented with the REAL DEAL Awards. Presented annually, the REAL DEAL Awards recognize dynamic individuals who have made important contributions towards promoting authenticity in voice, and youth leadership and advocacy.
Scenarios USA is a non-profit organization that believes that by valuing youth and listening to their ideas and opinions, we can nurture the voices, hearts and minds of under-served teens on issues of their health and well-being. Scenarios USA promotes youth leadership, advocacy and self-expression with the goal of lowering the rate of HIV, STI's and pregnancy among teens.

Scenarios USA is a non-profit organization that uses writing and filmmaking to foster youth leadership, advocacy and self-expression in under-served teens. Scenarios USA asks young people to write about issues that shape their lives for the annual "What's the REAL DEAL?" writing contest, and thousands have responded with their raw and revealing insights. The winning writers are then partnered with some of Hollywood's finest filmmakers to transform their stories into award-winning short films. 15 million people have watched Scenarios films, at film festivals, on television and in high schools nationwide. Scenarios believes that by valuing youth and listening to their opinions, we can have an impact on promoting healthy relationships and lowering the rate of HIV, STDs and pregnancy among teens.
