IMPORTANT: Please note that only 1 applicant may submit an application at a time. If you are setting up a corporate account for more than one new member, select "1" corporate membership below and complete this application separately for each new member to make sure we have complete information. Art Director/Designer $175
Individuals who are responsible for, or who directly supervise others in, the creation, design, and production of visual communications that incorporate graphic design, art, photography and/or illustration.   Order

Individuals who participate, but do not directly supervise others in, the creation, design, and production of visual communications that incorporate graphic design, art, photography and/or illustration. Examples: design educators, production artists, photographers, illustrators, writers and other communication professionals.

Individuals who supply services, materials or equipment to art directors, designers or associates, including representatives for printers, photographers, illustrators, typographers and paper suppliers.   Order

Reduced rate membership when 3 or more employees from the same organization are members. Transferable to another employee if requested by firm.

ADCMW Purchase/refund policy: Refunds for events will be made up until 24 hours before the event start time. The total ticket amount, less our online processing fee will be refunded. Processing fees vary by ticket price (usually about 10%). Contact adcmw@adcmw.org with questions or if your refund request is for membership dues.
