Ohio Art Education Association Purchase/refund policy: Please remember that Acteva.com with a California address will show up on your credit card statement for this transaction. If your credit card company or bank charges the OAEA/Acteva.com for inquiries or disputes that you initiate. You will be billed for these expenses.
There is no refund of membership fees or donated money for any reason.
Commercial Exhibitors refunds will be made according to their contracts.
Requests for refunds of conference registrations minus a $100 processing fee will only be accepted by the conference registrar in writing or by email before October 20, 2009. All refunds regardless of reasons will be charged a $100.00 processing fee before any refund is made. No refunds for conference will be made after October 20, 2009 for any reason. No refunds will be made for registration cancellations involving misrepresenting retired, family member, student, associate or any other status. Possible changes in registration may be made at any time by contacting the conference registrar if no refund is involved. No refunds will be made for ticketed events not attended or conflicts as a result of registrant errors. The registrar will acknowledge all refund or change requests by email within five days of receipt by the registrar. Refunds will be made if possible within 4 to 6 weeks after the end of the conference.
Acteva's Purchase/refund policy: Refunds and cancellations are provided only at the discretion of the organization hosting or sponsoring this event. Acteva issues credits only when directed to do so by the sponsoring organization. Contact refunds@acteva.com or the sponsoring organization for further details.
