If you are seeking a refund for an event you have registered for, please fill out the form below. The more information you can provide the easier it will be for us to service your request.

If you are not requesting a refund, but have questions on your credit card payment, please do not submit this refund request. Please call Acteva customer service at (877) 855-8646.

Before requesting a refund please make sure you are familiar with the refund policy associated with the event you registered for. Different events have different refund policies and Acteva is not able to generate a refund without approval from the event organizer for the event you attended.
