In 2000, Acteva.com was created from the
integration of the assets of three separate companies: Acteva
Inc., an online registration company; PNBC, an online service
for tradeshow producers; and zDegree, an integrated online
marketing service company. This new organization also included
the core development and service team behind the Acteva
technology.
Next, an experienced management team was
assembled to help refocus the company to address the online
needs of professional event organizers and producers
everywhere. This management team was built with veteran
managers in Sales, Marketing, Development, Client Services and
Financial Operations. The team has over 85 years experience in
the IT industry with over 40 years of this experience in
management roles.
